Have you ever tried the old Adam's VRT? If so how does it compare to the look of Perl on tires? I liked the look of VRT on tires better than SVRT. Agree with you on SVRT on trim, although I think the longevity on tires is pretty good.

This is exactly what I do. The Poli Seal just seems to melt into the paint so there doesn't seem to be any residue to buff off before applying OCW. I think I got the idea from the Optimum forum.

I kind of wish it darkened trim more, I wonder if that is the change. Although it is perfect as is on tires.

I have had both the concentrate and the RTU, and the RTU was a white milky color. Didn't have the black gunk though.
