Thanks man. PC is probably about 4-5 years old and it's got a good amount of hours on it too. I've done probably around 40ish jobs with it, give or take. Anything from full correction to one-steps. Durability on the machine, I've been way impressed.

It was the same color, laser red. I'm in a Mustang club in CT and there were several members that had cars that were this color and they all had some level of fading mainly on the hood, tops of fenders and c-panels where you're showing. None were as bad as yours so I'm not sure what you'll be...

They used to carry it but stopped due to lack of sales. I'm a huge ClearKote fan too, both the red moose glaze and moose wax.

So after going through this thread...is all leather cleaner/conditioner BS since automotive leather is coated? This kind of puts a bullet in Leatherique does it not? So really you need to find out what the coating is that used and clean/treat that because whatever you're putting on/cleaning...

Fiberglass major dents? I'd recommend pulling the dents and then cheese what you can't get out or shop a boneyard for a used panel. Also, if you haven't worked with body filler before it'll take some time building up and sanding, stick with thin coats. What color is the truck?

I buffed my house speakers last weekend...hopefully a little warm up next week they're saying.

I have to admit...last weekend I polished the tops of my gloss black boston accoustics speakers. Optimum polish with a fine green pad. :) This winter is killing me!!!!

+1 on the counterweight. I used the larger counterweight along with a pair of cheap anti-vibration gloves that I got from Harbor Freight and it doesn't cut out all the vibration, but definitely reduces to the point where it's a lot more comfortable to use. My hands don't tingle after working...

Agreed, also in New England here and what I do is keep my polishes/waxes in a separate tote and just bring them inside to the basement. Plus it's portable whenever I need it. Excellent reason to get the separate squirt bottles so you only roll with the products you need for a given job.

I've had the same issue with their older hyper compound. Had to shake the life out of it for several minutes, but finally got mixed. you could hear it go from a water-like liquid to a cream in a matter of maybe 2-3 seconds when it finally blended.

That's what I use as maintenance on my DD's after the wash. Actually a very good product.

Yeah, they are telling us 1 to 2 feet here...again. I'm tired of it, brutal this year.
