Thanks for all the advice. I actually ended up claying in my parents garage. After that I used some VMG and topped it off w/ a coat of S100. Looks good for a daily beater. I'll post some pics tomorrow

I've never clayed before, but I don't have access to a garage. I bought some Clay magic and plan on using that. Anyone know if it can be used in the sun? Also, should I clay after i wash or during?

I do have imperfections in the paint which is why I would rather use VMG over AIO. I know it will only hide those imperfections, but until I get a PC it is the best I can think of at the moment.

oops, i mean the other way around, sealant and then carnuba

that's my plan, to use a carnuba and a sealant. I bought some Clearkote VMG and some ExP from AG, but now I think I may just stick to AIO and ExP instead. I just wanted to try VMG w/ a sealant, and then top off w/ a carnuba.

Any ideas on what combo might give the best protection and Durability. New England Winters can be harsh and I don't always have the time to wax. Also, any good sealant and/or wax combinations?

What about durability? I'm looking for something that will last a couple of months. I'm figuring a sealant will last the longest?

Just wondering if anyone has tried VMG and ExP with any success. I posted a thread earlier about what steps I should take to protect my car. However, I recieved conflicting views about whether or not the two are compatible w/ each other.
