    Chemical Guys Mr Pink

I ordered some on Thursday or Friday and it should be here Wednesday or so. I got it for my cannon of course. The big seller was the rich foam and the lsp safe. I'm using Meg's hyper wash for the cannon now which is good but seems to take off some lsp in my experiences. But it's still a good...

    cleaning glass with soapy water?

It cant hurt to try it... give it a shot on one of your personal cars, that way if its not great, you can just re do it with cleaner again.

    Pressure Washer...Which One

I have the cleanforce 1800 and its pretty nice. The hose is flexible rubber that doesnt kink, the power is pretty good, and the fittings are all 1/4in quick connect so my foam cannon (mtm) fits right to it. The power is good, and you can leave it on the entire time you wash the car without...

How do you Offer Wax or Sealent?

I was recently in the same boat as you now. I found that most people were not interested or impressed by "sealing" as it takes a little more time (because i always add wax over it anyway). Most people want or need their car back as fast as possible, and since your "customers", like mine, are...

Anyone use a cordless drill and the adapter for polishing?

Like everyone else, i can only speculate, but after using the powerball on my drill and experiencing the "runaway drill" if it ever happens to bite a corner or something, i wouldn't want to use it on anything painted. I'd say a GG 3" would be the best bet. As a matter of fact, I'm thinking...

    Waxing' in the winter

I'd imagine thinner waxes like Poorboys Nattys Blue would be a little easier than thicker like a Collinite 845 in the cool/cold. I've waxed cars (my own of course) in the cooler outdoor weather, down to around 45ish... no problems. I'm happy to have a garage now though, those days are over.

    Budget Carpet Extractor

Looks like they work pretty good. Here's the "little green proheat" in use. Looks to be identical to the one you posted and the same price. [ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vTH2_3WdZdA]Carpet Extraction - Bissell Little Green Pro-Heat - YouTube[/video] Now i want one too lol. :buffing:

    compound or polish?

Compound then polish. You wont be able to damage anything applying product by hand. You also probably wont see the results you're hoping for. Its a tough bullet to bite on, but buy yourself a dual action polisher and get down to business. You wont regret it. when friends see what you did to...

    Halogen

I started with the same lighting as the OP and it worked pretty nice aside from being hot and not being able to reach higher vehicles. I've since put a bunch of strip lights in and it works much better. I still use the light stand for low angle stuff though.

If you had to use one product line...

I've always been very satisfied with Poorboys and Meguiars. Being that Poorboys products can all be used in the sun, they may gain the upper hand as sometimes it's nice to be out of the garage. I learned that megs 205 definitely cannot be used outside this weekend when I tried "something new"...

best paste wax for black car?

As of a few hours ago (about 12) they were in final testing over at chemical guys for "BLACK". I don't even own a black car and I'm excited. I think the look of Poorboys Nattys Blue Liquid looks great on black. I've done a few Black GM trucks with it and its great stuff. Super easy to apply...

A Good Reason to Buy From AG

yes. the geek has by far the best service in the business from a consumer standpoint. And their product descriptions are fantastic, as a relative newb it really helped me pick the right towels and pads when i was getting into it heavy.

    How do you clean brushes?

i agree these brushes are really nice. the tire brush is stiff enough and the wheel brush is soft enough. I just cleaned mine this week with some Zep citrus degreaser. Poured "some" in a bucket, filled rest of bucket with water and let them all sit in there over night. They came out just right.

    Whats your favorite OEM Paint?

I think GM Black is one of the nicer paints I've seen around. It looks great and is quite hardy. BMW LAGUNA SECA BLUE is one of my all time favorites. I've never done a super close up inspection on one, but damn its a sexy color and looks incredible from a few feet away.

Favorite quick detail spray? I have one for ya

Favorites - Both wipe super easy and smell great. Poorboys Spray and Gloss DP Final Gloss I've not tried the Armorall quick detail, but their tire gel is one of my favorites, so maybe i'll grab one and give it a shot. One of the biggest problems i have with over the counter product is the...

    Paint cleaner?

I am in the same boat sadly. I love(d) klasse AIO, and its actually the first "serious" detailing product I ever bought years ago but as I've gotten more into various polishes, its kind of just sitting there now. Its nice on wheels and other things, and has a sense of nostalgia to me, so I dont...

Mother's California Gold synthetic wax....quick review

I am a pretty big fan of mothers 100% pure carnuba (as well as the Reflections line and Showtime QD)... They're great for daily drivers and stuff that is left outside... inexpensive, easy on, easy off... looks about like you said, 8/10. looking forward to a durability report :dblthumb2:
