I start orr with 800 grid then move to a 1000 and tgen finish with a 1200 grid. After that I polish with Menz SF4000 untill its crystal clear and then seal the light with a UV protection coating. I can't say how long I work with each grid of sanding paper as every light differs

I tried my UV light on Sunday. Had the light directed onto my headlight for 5min and thereafter the headlight was still not dry. Was scared that if I hold it for longer that it would cause damage to the headlight. Should I hold it for longer or am I doing something wrong here ??

Thanx bud , yeah that is very ironic hahahahaha. 3" away is quite close to the headlight. Any idea for how long the headlight should be exposed to the UV lamp ??
