Me too. Drain in the floor, hot water, semi gloss paint with mildew resistance mixed in to help protect walls. Garage is big enough I can be careful and not get much on them anyway. Nothing better than being able to wash in the garage! :props::props::props::props::props:

I picked up one of these. Takes awhile to heat up the garage as it does not get tremendously hot, but moves a good amount of air. Need 220 though. No fumes like some of the others that have been posted here. 240V electric heater - the Patron E 3

I read on here that tech wax 2.0 has some cleaners in it - would I be wasting my time using DWG and then sealing with tech wax 2.0? TIA for any advice you can lend!
