If she wants it applied by machine, by all means apply it by machine. It makes life easier for you.

dodo juice wookie's fist is amazing...its the only mitt i use on my personal vehicles.

Sounds like you put it on way too thick. All you need is a thin uniform layer over the entire surface. You should be able to just barely see it almost like a thin coat of oil over the entire surface. 3 pea sized drops is all it should take to do most panels.

I wonder if they need another detailer.

Mud tires look weird with dressing on them. You are better off just cleaning them thoroughly with Amazing Roll-Off and leaving them naked.

if you can't remove it with abrasion then it may have waited too long. Do you have a picture?

The site is a great start as mentioned before but definitely needs some tweaking. On your most expensive package it is mentioned that "The VIP Detail package includes the Basic and Deluxe detail plus a high speed machine application of a high quality carnauba wax to remove light scratches...

Their website gives the customer absolutely no reason to even consider using their products. No before and afters, no beading shots, no structure, poor galleries, and one of the ugliest logos i've seen to date.

I'd have a professional do it...it won't take long or cost much but they can warranty the work.

You usually get what you pay for. Maybe grab a pack of the 3000g and try them out on some medium scratches to see how uniform the grit is. A review of these would be a great contribution to the forum. If they are a surprising product and do the job well while having a uniform grit, you could...
