Inexcusable. I hope you plan on pointing this out to the shop that didn't do their job. Even though it sounds like this shop came with high recommendations, management should know they may have a "bad seed" who is increasing their liability and putting lives at risk.

Made it to HD to pick up my Gorilla work platform. Quality looks good. But I'm a little POd at HD. The place was a ZOO.... All because of the 99 cent poinsettias. People were filling carts with the pots still boxed up. Some folks had little kids pushing carts so they could get over the 12 per...
