The system is good to use for your car. If you have refinished panels, just do test spots on this panels. Read labels. Watch YouTube videos of the system. You will be fine.

Interesting question. I'm not sure a sub-surface phenomenon measured in microns can be photographed. However, an evidentual outcome of swelling is the reduction of top coat thickness after a while. This can be measured. Also, the surface roughness changes with swelling and shrinkage...this too...

Absolutely correct sir. M101 was 100% made for the refinish market in Europe/Asia. They do in fact have very different paint chemistry, appllication methods, and expectations than USA. No one is saying that M101EU will not be launched in the USA. And no there was not a master plan to crank...

Kaban, unfortunately what you have read is incorrect. M101EU is globally regulatory compliant. D300, though made primarily for DA application with the Meguiar's DMC microfiber discs, it happens to work great with a rotary application and foam pads. Jason Rose Meguiar's, Inc.

Kurt, I'm not on then boards much anymore either. Best ifyou use microhook backing plates with our MF discs. Yes, M105/M205 combo works well. You may find M105 dusting a little more with MF discs. D300 eiminates this. Thanks for your note. Jason
