    yes. otherwise it will get very hot and your products will dry out. IF you have to do it in direct sunlight, work in smaller areas. and mist the panel with quick detailer to cool it down slightly.

    ok so that's about right. I forgot to mention I didn't charge a larger amount cause I know them. a full clean myself would take between 8-10 hours. so 5 hours in this case seems on target.

    put white vinegar on a paper towel and lightly press it on the concrete for like 30 seconds. then rinse with water. I removed some concrete off a vehicle like this and it worked great

    i like using my foam gun. gives a nice coat of foam on cars and perfect for lubricating the car when i'm using the wash mitt. My biggest regret is a GG 3". Bought it, used it for 2 minutes, sent it to Griot's.

    so you wouldn't prime the blue pad because it's very course, what about the green yellow and white pad? is it also unnecessary because of the system?

    thank you guys. that's what i was thinking. there's really no way that the compound formula can make it run smoother than any other formula. i was just unsure and didn't want to spend the $$$ on Rupes compounds. While we're on this. zmcgovern45, how do you like the Sonus SFX line?

    Hello, I know Rupes strongly recommends using the colour system for their polishers. (most of it i assume is obviously for sales). But what's your experience with using Rupes polishers with other pads or compounds? I have a bunch of buff and shine pads and Sonus SFX compounds/polishers...
