    Looks like there was some kind of coating that failed. U need to wet sand and repolish. I think u would start at 600 and work ur way up then re polish, and most important re seal them.

    I used griots one step on my wifes black ml350 in the late fall. I applied it with my flex and a blue he pad. I was impressed with re result. It removed alot of the defects and left a nice wet look finish. the durability has also been impressive.

    U would need a pressure washer. I'd suggest a 13 horse. That's 3000 psi and 4 gpm. U should look into 2 stepping. This process uses 2 chemicals. One is a low ph the 2nd a high ph.     For gel coat u need an abrasive aio. Klass has no cut. I'd look at menzerna 3 in 1. Gel coat labs, wolf uber. Megs 151 and other marine products. A circular machine would be best but a foam wool would work on ur da, just much slower. My 2 c

    I'd think of switching to an air with an abrasive. Such as the new menzerna 3 in 1. It will work wonders for daily drivers. For head lights u can prob use the 105 205

    Removing adhesive residue can be very difficult. you need heat and solvent. Hopefully u can work in a warm space. Car pro also has a product. As for polishing I'd try a heavy duty one step with an abrasive. A rotary with a large foam pad may be faster.
