Thank you to all the wonderful geeks

I just wanted to post a thank you to all of the autogeeks for their help and knowledge. I had zero background in detailing before I found this website. With the help of the members and all of the how-to's, here is the result of just the hood of my wife's mustang. Previously, there were heavy...

Quastion About Dual Action Power System tool

Well I used a cordless drill at first and it topped out at 1500rpms. It's just easier and more convenient to have the corded. Quastion About Dual Action Power System tool

I have a corded dewalt I use and it works great! It has up to 2500 rpms. I got it from Home Depot for 59.99 as a weddin gift. Any drill that is up to that speed will work. The package says not to exceed 2800.

New (used) vehicle, needs some loving

Ok, I'm thinking the machine may not be powerful enough and my technique probably could use some fine tuning. The machine I have is on/off, no speed dial adjustment. Do ya'll think this polisher would work better? It's operated with a power drill. Power System Tool - Walmart.com

New (used) vehicle, needs some loving

Hi there everybody. I'm new to this forum and tried searching, but maybe this way will be more direct. I have a Turtle Wax 6" orbital polisher from Wal-Mart, Meguairs compound, polish, and clay bar kit. I also have Collinite 845. We bought the car, Candy Red 2012 Mustang a few days ago and...
