Claying did not work That was the first thing I tried and it didn't budge any of it. It is pretty thick especially at the bottom near the tire.

I'm working on a car that apparently rolled through some wet paint (possibly latex house paint) resulting in paint splatter on the painted side panel. Are there any safe methods to remove the splatter without risking damaging :confused: the finish?
