How is everyone priming their thin pads? I have some LC Thinpro pads that I'll be using Menz and HD polishes. Should I prime the whole pad or 4-6 dime size dots? Thanks

Thanks, I have a Flex 3401 and always applying pressure and two hands get tiring after many straight hours. So hopefully the Rupes is the answer.

Just got my 25% order in, got HD Adapt, WG metal sealant and Souveran spray wax as gifts.

The only thing about rupes pads is that I don't want to have to worry about what polish/compound I can or can't use with them. I also probably won't be using rupes polishes much either.

Will be picking up a 15 mk 2 in the near future and wondering what pads are everyone using. I ask because I've been reading some people having problems with the rupes pads falling apart.

I usually make a big order when AG has sales... the money I save often covers the shipping and some. Also amazon does have some good detailing products with free shipping.

I thought it was 4-6 dime sizes for priming? Or is it for each time? Thanks

Don't know if this was asked but how much dime size compound/polish do you put after priming?
