Which one of these two has better looks and is more durable? I am planning to use these products primarily on exterior plastic and tires. Please do not suggest any other product i need your opinion on these two only. Thanks.

Hi can anyone tell me what is the cure time of reload before applying additional layer? Also what is the ideal dilution ratio if necessary without sacrificing durability? I was thinking maybe 1: .3 or 1: .5 should be ideal. Can you use reload as base or LSP of sealant or waxes?
