The heat helps the leather soften up and opens the pores... you know how when you're hot your skin seems to droop, that the best time to apply conditioner... same think with leather.
Hot water in a spray bottle does a decent job too.

I don't like the idea of having one product for cutting and polishing. We attempted to use a new product at work that was similar. It lasted about 2 cars... but it turned "gummy" I't rather have a compound, then a polish, then a final polish. But thats just how I roll.

I like those cars. It's about the only post 1973 car I like in 2 doors. Looks good. I would have gone black or chrome on the rims, but then again.... You never see goldish bronze, and that does make it look like a BAMF.
