Does anyone utilize any form of a spread sheet for keeping track of current clients, past clients, referrals?

Hey guys my buddy and I are currently having our Mobil trailer built and we will be hitting the ground running very soon. Was looking to see if anyone has pics of layouts inside their trailers. I have seen a few posts on here but if anyone has recent pics would love to see them.
