Chronicles of an Amateur Detailer: The Project

I've seen that thread yeah, mines a dark blue, not oxidized like that one, but I can tell you the swirls are horrendous, I doubt before me it had every been handwashed in it's life, so who knows, maybe there's still enough clear coat left to turn it around...

Chronicles of an Amateur Detailer: The Project

Thanks for the suggestion. I had thought of doing that. I took the chicken instead of the egg with the logic that, with the first vehicle being able to be parked for an indefinate amount of time, I can take my time and hone my technique without having to worry about putting it back into service...

It looks like I've got some work to do with Fabric Guard (the headliner, never would have thought of that). As of right now, all of my cars have cloth, so I'm not so worried about...

NEED HELP 2012 Chevrolet Camaro ZL1 or 2013 Ford Shelby GT500

Am I the one that prefers the Boss 302 to the Shelby? I'm a Mopar guy but I would take a 302 in a heartbeat. Laguna Seca edition please, but the first thing to happen would be to get the "lipstick" painted back to the body color. Other than that that car (and the sound) is just awesome.

Photography 101 - The low down front grill shot

Keeping with the low theme Here's the low down and in front... A couple other shots from REALLY low.. And surprising what low can do from even further away for perspective. That's me on the left.
