Thanks. For some reason I thought I had to repeat the cleansing step by using something like Pinnacle Paint Cleanser or Ultima's version before applying the sealant. I assume after the wash do a baggie test before applying the Paint Guard? Thanks, Ed

Yep, I already had some Paint Cleanser on hand. I'll probably get some Ultima prep cleaner for our other car and see if that makes a difference. Ed

Bobby, On a related topic. I just finished washing, claying, polishing and sealing the paint. Any thoughts on maintenance on this? In other words, when I have to reapply the sealant, do I have to do all of the steps again or is there a different angle. Thanks again, Ed

Yep. After I get it clean I plan to tape it off and it is also why I am switching to Ultima Paint Guard Plus.

You know I have heard abou that but haven't tried it. I may give it a whirl.

Thanks for the reply. Yep - forgot to mention that the paint is in excellent condition so don't need any correction; just clean it before reapplying the sealant. I use the Pinnacle for cleaning the paint and removing everything before applying the sealant. After claying it of course.
