In Cambodia, labor is extremely cheap. These detailers (about 15 people) detail 100-200 cars a day on average. They've been doing for over 20 years here. $3 for smaller cars and $5 for larger ones :P

Would you suggest paying $5 for a complete polish (by hand) from a very experienced detailer or paying $20 for a complete polish (by machine) from a novice detail?

I'm trying to remove swirls :P

Is there a specific pad that I'm suppose to use if I'm going to polish my car by hand? Is it possible to use a new foam pad (wax/sealant applicator ones)? Or a microfiber pad?

Almost impossible to keep rain, dirty, etc build up on it ]: It rains almost everyday sometimes even twice. Thats why I wax once or twice every two weeks or so. The wax just gets eaten with all the heat and moisture going back and forth. I don't have time on the weekdays to wash it either. :(

by sticky i mean that it did not easily slide across.

Welcome to the Forums Sulla! I used PB's White Diamond which seems to be a ez creme.

I ordered it from PB's World's official website. I applied by hand and worked it in with 4-5 overlaps on a section at a time. It seems like it sheets water more than beads it, but the stickiness still doesnt make much sense. :confused: I didn't use NXT this time because #26 seems to look better...

The car is never really parked around trees. Most of the time its in parking garages or in my garage.

Why does the surface feel so sticky? Normally when I put a sealant on it stays smooths for at least 3 weeks
