I've tried #7 a few times and never thought it did anything special to the paint. Heck I even tried it on the hood of my Kubota tractor. Then again I've never used it on paint that bad. To me it was just another wax.

Streaks with Reload shouldn't mean anything. There are a few lucky ones who claim to have never had an issue with that.

I tried the APC sprayed on to a Mister Clean Magic Eraser followed by some detail spray method. Still left a few streaks. Took a damp zap cloth followed with a dry microfiber and cleaned it right up. Slightly more than a one step!

When I was at one of my re-certification classes required by Generac, I asked a similar question and the answer was don't use it to power anything that costs more than the generator.

Decided to give HD Speed a fourth try and take some of Mike Phillips advise. Decontaminated the rear the the 2007 CRV and ran my clay mitt over the panel. Using my PC which is set up for 3" pads added some Speed in a thin circle around my LC green pad. Worked a smaller area with a little faster...

I've used both and BF is hands down a lot more user friendly. I tried Reload every way you can and would still end up with streaks. Have yet to be able to get BF to streak. I used BF as a dying agent on my gloss black wheels to see if there would be any issues. No streaking and left the wheels...

Do yourself a favor and pick up a DA. You can get a GG6 for 150.00. They even sell them at Autozone. Then figure out where your swirls are coming from, wash and drying technique? Or your free dealership swirl pkg when purchased. I started out trying to remove defects by hand. It can be done but...

I use my car port, does that count not having a garage.

I just watched the HD Speed video and he used more product than I did and it just wiped right off, mine stuck to the paint like glue. May have to give them a call.

The results are good on this 11 year old Honda paint. Just having a hard time with the amount of product being used.

Yesterday I removed it right away then others said I should have left it on longer. Leaving it on longer today in no way made it easier to remove.

I agree that's why I removed it right away yesterday. And I thought by only using 4 dime sized spots that this would be using less product. Also not doing the whole car as I said just testing doing one door panel yesterday and the hood today. But then you read David Fermani here...

Panel was clayed. It appears to much product when I primed the pad then. I will try the hood tomorrow and use less product to start with. I use the car as a test bed for different products and durability.
