    Sealant

Sealants are applied before waxing, normally a "cure" time of about 12 hours is recommended prior to applying another coat or your wax of choice. Waxes normally last about 3-6 months depending upon conditions the vehicle is in. Any good paintwork conditioner or soap should do well. Moreover...

Will a black conpy be to hot in S Florida?

Looks good, 10x20 is a pretty decent size. I don't think the black would have much of an affect on the heat under the tent. Provide more shade for sure though. Good luck, let us know how it turns out!

Sorry AG, found my new source for tips and tricks.

If you watch all the parts, including the interior "wash" you will actually witness him using the same brush to clean the carpets (after spraying them with a garden hose) as he used to clean the engine. Although I found his disclaimer to "my green tire brush, make sure its all clean, no grease...

    Interior Carpet Care

As far as the carpets and mats are concerned, you will never go wrong with Folex and a good APC. Folex can be picked up locally at Home Depot or Lowes, I think even Target carries it. And its relatively inexpensive. Normally I give the carpets and mats a good pre-agitation with a stiff...

    Scuffed Black Seats. 07 Trailblazer

Pardon my ignorance here, but I bought the truck used about one month ago. I do not believe the factory warranty was transferred, or will fall under my extended? This takes my thread way off topic.......

    Scuffed Black Seats. 07 Trailblazer

I have these scuff as they appear on both of the front seat of my 07 Chevy Trailblazer. These aren't cracks, and the leather is in tact. Looking for my best approach to taking care of these. I was thinking of starting with Kiwi scuff cover? Any ideas or suggestions are greatly appreciated.

Unfortunately, No. I was thinking maybe some Rit Black dye. Anything geared more toward the automotive end?

    Plastic Dye?

I have a 2007 Trailblazer, Ebony interior. The passenger side door has what appears to be a scuff, revealing some white through the ebony. These are not gouges or scratches, they are flush to the plastic. No APC has taken the white away, leading me to believe it is in fact scuffed. Is there...

    Just a weekend project.

So I had a nasty cold the other weekend, and decided I was quite tired of bending over and picking up my supplies when doing a job. So with that I looked to an old wooden cart I found curbside one day and eureka, an idea struck. With some porch and floor paint I had laying around, the face...
