Nice start to the site but I would suggest fixing the picture on the main page. You can see where you blacked out the logo... Other than that, easy navigation, and a great start.

I've used the CG bug & tar remover (diluted) on pretty much every car I detail. Spray on the areas before the wash and let it sit a bit. If they're really caked on, I'll use a bug sponge on the front bumper.

Not sure if it is burned or not. But i have burned a few things when i first got my steamer. Had the temperature on the highest... It turned white, thankfully was on a friend's car. I put on some dressing and it made it a lot less noticeable.

Off a 2001 Prelude. Too bad about the orange peel and the horrible cell phone quality.

The only difference I can see is underneath. I guess the "filter" helps capture the dirt particles.

I used to work at a self serve car wash here in Canada. We had hot water 100% of the time, as well as the trickle drip during winter. We also used clean water, unlike other places who reuse the water that goes in the drain pipe. It really depends on the location.
