What are you guys all using as a wheel coating/protectant?
I used DP Wheel Glaze last year and really wasn't super impressed. Whats a long lasting durable product?
I HATE my fire hose nozzle. You need to have VERY good water pressure for it to be effective. We use one at our firehall and it works great due to the larger water pipe, but for residential, its the s**ts.
Mine sits in my cabinet collecting dust.
This is an interesting thread and i am kind of shocked that NOBODY from AG has chimed in.
Im curious being a Canadian. I have a Canadian billing address but an American delivery address. I wonder how/if this affects me or others in the same position? Looking forward to reading some form of...
This is an awesome product. The only issue I have with it is if you live in an area prone to dew at night. The product appears to streak. It almost look like it reflashes backwards if you know what Im saying.
I just bought the Chemical Guys combo and really like it. Best product I have used to date and I have had cars with leather interiors for the past 10 years. I have tried a ton of different products and really like this combo.
I had a some buddies over today after I got back from the border with some new goodies. They asked me why I keep buying stuff because I have a TON of it. I simply said because I can and I like it. I seem to just buy things for fun. I do use some, but I find myself weekly buying more stuff...lol...
Could you PM me that link also please? I have a buddy that is getting ready to wet sand a newly painted MGB. Any info I could forward to him would be great.
No worries. I was just curious thats all. I have no issue buying a new one. There are some great ideas on here on how to replace it. Threads like this I find helpful. I do have to thank Meghan again though for the generous offer. I do have an order being packaged and sent tomorrow so a new tip...
Thank you Meghan. That truly isn't necessary really. Im not worried about it. I just wanted to know if it was a common issue. The rim is my winter rim, so a scratch is no worry. Just glad it wasn't one of my summer rims!
I washed my car today and while using the Daytona Wheel Brush inside the rims I heard a terrible scraping sound. I examined the brush and noticed the rubber tip has failed. Is this a common thing to fail on these brushes? Anyone else had this problem?
Great job once again. I have always admired your work. Do you mind sharing the product and equipment you used for this one step? The red looks incredible!
