Just wanted to get something abit more aggressive then fg400 wondered if cutmax was the step up or will it be ultimate cut? I will never have severely damaged paint either lol. I never tried carpro compounds either always stayed tried and true with the Germans

I’ve been tried and true with menzerna but will to shop around for new products. Looking to get a heavier cut compound was looking at ultimate cut from sonax or carpro ultra cut which one would u guys go for?

its the whole front id do the rest to blend it in as well. would you opt for machine then? how many pads should I get?

Should I wet sand by hand or with a machine? is 3k grit needed after 2k?

sorry for the spelling I’m a hobbyist. They’ve told me it’s normal and even oem paint has orange peel. Anyhow will the carpro denim pads reduce the orange peel or possibly eliminate it ? Or wet sanding with 3k is better ?

If by moving it to the edge of the panel will that cause the clear to chip or flake off?

I’ve tried using some fg400 on a microfibre rag and buff by hand and what I noticed is the clear does come off and to my assessment , there is clear under that one….will I be able to blend them both together without moving the tape line outside the body line? Or will this clear flake off….

Was browsing some new and old gyeon products and came across gyeon iron remover and gyeon wheel cleaner with iron. Both are ph neutral , can gyeon iron wheel cleaner be used on paint ? Can’t seem to find any info thanks!

As far as gloss levels diluted 15-20:1 for ech2o are they sufficient? Seems artdeshine is giving better value for gloss/protection.

What about our modem day leather that has a coating on them? It’s fairly cheap locally , I don’t see how meguiars apc with a ph of 13 would be better than zep at 10:1?

Would the ph of 10 be considered too high to use at 10:1 for interiors?
