Range Rover Vogue '12 :: Swirls are not an option in a $250k car

LSP - Glare UK I don't use GLARE UK too often but I like the 'drama' it gives to the paint, makes it look wet...so I took it off the shelf and applied to the car. FINAL SHOTS

Range Rover Vogue '12 :: Swirls are not an option in a $250k car

Yes, that's the price tag for a Range Rover Vogue in Brazil!!! From iPhones to cars, everything is more expensive here. Well, there is noting I can do, so let's move to detailing. This Range Rover has been "detailed" by a very famous company in town and they did a bad job on this car. Examining...

    1969 Ford Galaxie - 2 step process

Digging into my files, I could find some before pictures. This is how dusty the car was when it was delivered. During the decontamination process, lots of gunk came out of the paint. You can see how "muddy" the water is and how dirty my MF towel got. During the polishing steps Fender...

    1969 Ford Galaxie - 2 step process

Unfortunatelly I've got only after pictures...no before and during the correction process. This car was handled with the utmost respect...it is a 1968 Ford Galaxy with single stage paint, so no room for mistakes, although it has been resprayed somewhere between the 70's or 80's. The car used to...

    Sonax Perfect Finish

I've been using this product for a while and haven't noticed any filling or masking defects. As we speek, I'm working on a Range Rover, using RUPES polisher and pads with SONAX PF. Did a test spot and after polishing the area, I buffed it with IPA, then with bodyshop degreaser (used by painters...

Black Camaro '12 - Hood trashed by dealership

Thanks for the feedback Mike. Dealerships here in Brazil usually outsource paint jobs to cheapo bodyshops and that's the end result...to bad for a car like this with low mileage. I'll surely take a look at that SONAX thread. Many thanks
