Based upon what I understand the increase in orange peel is due VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) restrictions in automobile paints. With higher VOC's the paint lays flatter and the solvents evaporate faster which produces a better paint job.

I use my tornador all of the time for leather and it works great. I either use Meguiars APC or OPC at 3:1 depending on how dirty the leather is and the color. As always, do a test spot.

I run an 8 gallon tank but my compressor is gas powered and puts out 12 CFM at 100 PSI. As long as your compressor puts out 6 CFM at 90 PSI you should be in good shape. This is at least how I understand it.

I for one would be scared to death to spray anything inside the car, for 2 reasons: 1- infiltrations in places you dont want it, it could damage electronics. 2- overspray on the interior glass, which you will have a hell of a time cleaning afterwards... And its not because youre spraying...
