Yes with no problems at all. I have used on on a Droid Incredible, Motorola X, and iPhone with great results and no issues. It cleans well and reduces fingerprints. I do it about once every 1-2 weeks.

I use the Braun 7-790CC. It is an electric but does an amazing job and gets nearly as close if not the same as as a regular razor. It is pricey but if you do the math it saves money over the long term.
