Just wanted to open up this thread for a quick follow-up question: Is there anything that I need to make sure isn't in washer fluid (i.e. is there some ingredient that cheaper brands use that is harmful to my car)?. Or anything is OK, and then certain brands or additives are just better...

I didn't realize opti coat could be layered. Do you mean within 5 to 15 minutes of finishing a whole car you can go back around and do it again? Or just panel by panel you can add a second coat within those few minutes? Does it give twice the protection? Or is it really just to fix any...

Yeah, I usually over think things... It is pink, but at the same time Optimum is blue, and doesn't leave a blue residue inside the container (if I recall correctly). If the heat ever breaks I'll let you all know how it turns out.

Thanks guys. One thing I just noticed in the container is that anywhere the liquid touches it leaves a pink 'film' on the inside of the container. For example, there is a couple of inches at the top of the container that's empty. If I tilt it so that the soap fills that area, and then tilt it...

OPC at 3:1 shouldn't affect Opti Coat though, correct? It would only strip 'regular' LSPs?

I used at least half the bottle going around the car once (small suv). It was empty before I got around a second time. I was also using the 'high foam' setting (the green lever on top pulled all the way back, if I recall correctly (maybe it was pushed all the way forward?)).

I tried the foam blaster (and adapter set) and it worked great with a EuroPro 1900 psi pressure washer. However, the foam didn't last that long on the car. It went on great, but by the time I got around the whole car, the first section already lost half the foam. I used Duragloss 901 1:1...
