What I did was wipe down the places that I touched up with alcohol. Did the touch up and waited 2 weeks with the truck outside in the sun, where it stays anyway, and then waxed.

Mines held up after a Collinite waxing and buffing with the PorterCable.

I'ved used it and liked it. Watch their video, take time, be patient, follow the directions and you'll have good results.

Collinite 476S, and only because I'm to cheap to buy 915.

Or else it gets the hose again.

Glad to know the Stoner's will work. I can dump the alcohol and free up that spray bottle.

Yeah Stoner's, I swear by their stuff.I use it on the glass that isn't tinted.

Place that tinted mine said alcohol. Said it was the best,safe and cheap.

3 hours ago I waxed my neighbors dining table with Collinite 476S. No lie. I've already done my furniture. I thought I'd draw the line at dragging in the PorterCable so I just buffed it by hand.

Before I did mine with the 3M kit I had copied this down: 500-3 passes, 800-3 passes, 1000-Wet, 3000-Wet.
