Well i'm starting to think its brake dust that baked on there. So i'v got advice from the Monte Carlo forum and tried everything i own on it and nothing. Thinking i might need to hire a detailer to get this fixed.

Well the video i think was a perfect close up but if not then i'll take some more photos. The paint is really rough dull looking and i want to bring it back to life. Almost feels like sand paper to a point. I would love to know what i should buy and how to fix it. -Thanks -Wes
