Hey guys just wondering how I should go about protecting my new daily! I have some experience with CQuartz. The bike has what looks like powder coated wheels? Painted plastics and some carbon fiber on the front fender piece. I'd rather coat it so the cleaning will be easier.

They are definitely etched. As in indentions in the paint the same way that something like acid rain would etch just in small dots.

He has had the car for almost 2 years. In those two years he has not had any paint work done. We polished it once when he first got the car and none of those spots where there. In fact I cleaned it for him about 2 months ago and they were not there at all.

Doing it this way will get me through half of a hood, a fender, a door, or trunk lid depending on panel size. After I have completed polishing half of the hood or the fender with multiple section passes I will then clean my pad in a pad washer and spin them dry on my rotary and set it aside face...

If I owned these vehicles I would have already ripped out the carpet for that reason. I have a cheap steamer and an extractor. I just hit both sides of the carpet with the extractor and its drying now. If that doesn't work I'll steam it to death on both sides
