I am trying this product right now. And i can't seem to get a even finish. It keeps drying and smearing before i can cover the entire tire It dries almost instantly..... Well now i know that D143 melts this tire coating right off like it is nothing lol

Get the 3M kit, with the 500/800/1000/3000 Sandpaper. It is the best bang for the buck in the OTS kit. Considering the 1000/3000 Sandpaper being most expensive, and you get like 5x 500 grit and 4x 800 grit paper. At my local walmart for about $16

Looks really nice actually. Tuf shine also streaks when not applied evenly. Or if applicator is dry and you rubbed the tire

Hey Forrest, I have a quick question For the Mothers heavy duty trim cleaner kit, the bottle that came with the kit, it is not a dressing right? It is just a cleaner that removes whatever that is on the trim, revealing the true condition of the trim?

So I THINK this coating from TW is pretty new. I just realized that it is advertised in the Advance auto parts flyer for this month. There is a leather / trim / tire coating from TW.... I guess i might pick up the trim and tire to try.

Isn't there a thread about the TW Tire coating being a PIA in the long run? I am curious to see how this product will hold up. As i have anticipated for the Meguiar Ultimate BTC to actually work as it advertised, however that crap can't last for 3 weeks even. I have been tuf shining my truck...

Yes spot test would be a good idea, however i spoke with the folks over at tuf shine, they said it there are silicone still on the tires, it might take up to a day before it starts appearing and i think you will have to drive a few miles on that car as well. So u probably have to scrub again...
