    Hydro2/Gyeon Wet Coat

Be anally surgical in your water application. Will take you longer but its doable. Or just use the wetcoat on the wheels, front, rear and lowers. I think that stuff is perfect for all the PITA areas

Coating a white car - So hard to see if you got full coverage - When do you call it good?

Whats the reasoning behind waiting a week to do a wash of a coated car? Waiting for full curing? It's been 6 days and I'm itching to at least knock the bugs and dust off

    Review: Gyeon Smoothie Wash Mitt

Nice extensive review! I thought I had seen it recommended to NOT put wash mitts in the dryer. Might just be the wool one I got recently. That thing's a whole new beast.

Bicycle detailing - 1985 Mongoose Expert

Lol, it was super expensive. Sounds about right for my 'half'. It was my first bike store bike and mom said it was more than I needed, but if I wanted to work for it she'd help. There were some older kids in the neighborhood with hutch, mongoose, haro, but mine was the first redline and I got...

Bicycle detailing - 1985 Mongoose Expert

Wooo, memories! I was 8 in 1983 and I got my first Redline. I wanted it so bad I picked up dog crap for my neighbors for $$$ ( my mom took pitty on me and paid half, lol. Want to say it was a $150 bike back them? Can't remember really). I had 3 Redlines over the years. Wish I still had them. I...

Coating a white car - So hard to see if you got full coverage - When do you call it good?

So in going over my car with a fine toothed flashlight I had, still have, REALLY etched water spots. I must have had them since new, it was raining the day I bought it and everyday for the next two+ weeks. Probably sealed them in without realizing. You can't see them unless looking at the...
