I think you will need a more aggressive product such as menz fg400. I've had really good success on your paint with the 400 and a orange pad for the conditions you described.

Once the vehicle is stripped of everything then you will know where to start. Most likely being a new car it will need to be clayed and lightly polished and sealed. To get better results I would steer more towards the Menz./wolfgang line and put the cleaner wax back on the shelf.
