Do not worry about them not calling you. Some customers realize they do not care that much about their rides after a few details/corrections or its a lack of funds.Then you have some clients that want it hit every 2 weeks to maintain it like you instruct them to do.You keep challenging your self...

Can someone who owns one,please post a review and demo of the unit? The 2 models with similar features are the 1375 and 1385.The 1385 has what seems would be a much needed wand mounted steam control wheel.Would enjoy hearing someone who owns either of the units, thoughts on this.
