Crazy 30hr correction on a Silverado. Very pic heavy!

    Sisters '03 Mazda Tribute

:-) She is in Florida right now. And yep, I wish I could maintain this vehicle a bit more. It does have a terrific finish for what it's used for and for sitting outside all year long. A few RIDS here n there, but that's common on most daily drivers. It really turned out beautifully and I think I...

    Collinite 845, VERY good stuff...

It's probably the easiest product(Final product) I've ever used. Not sure if the cyclo had anything to do with that? or that I carefully selected the right amount of product to finish the surface with. :) Either way, now it's time to see how durable it is on this outside kept, daily driver. :)...

    Collinite 845, VERY good stuff...

I'd never used until this morning. Popped a few blue pads on the cyclo, dunked the bottle in hot water to thin it, added a few drops and went to town. :) It does spread beautifully. Nice even coating on the cyclo. You could probably do an entire car with four drops. I wasn't sure if I had enough...

Blackfire SRC Polishes Remove Swirls & Water Spots w/Flex XC3401

Great, just what I needed to see! LOL, I don't have enough products in the garage! ;) Man, what a nice difference! Thanks for a great write up. I won't hesitate to try that product line after seeing results like this. I love the FLEX also and prefer the CCS 6.5" pads. Beautiful job. Have a good...

    Sisters '03 Mazda Tribute

I took my sweet time on this one. SIP and NANO worked their magic. I was hesitant to try 845 on this one, but figured, what the heck. This vehicle has always been protected by Zaino. I wanted to see how easy it was to use 845(Collinite) with the cyclo and blue pads. And easy it was! Two little...

    Sisters '03 Mazda Tribute

Thanks, JUST gettin' started :D [EDIT] here are a few BEFORE shots. NOT too bad...but it needs TLC. Pretty good seeing it's been driven through car washes etc for a year.

    Sisters '03 Mazda Tribute

My Sister owns a navy 2003 Mazda Tribute which is a daily driver and is kept outside. I try to give it a nice cleaning every year. It's that time of year again! The finish really holds the gloss nicely. I've used Menzerna on it a time or two. Previous times, I used the FLEX DA. This time, the...

    476s

Here are a few photos of the vehicle with 476S. I washed/clayed it. Used a small amount of 3m general purpose adhesive remover on stubborn spots that clay wouldn't touch. Zaino All In One(ZAIO) by hand. Then topped it off with 476S. It really was no problem to use and here are some pictures in...

    476s

Thanks MI Mike! I ended up using 476S on the whole vehicle. It was very easy to use. Hopefully I let it "set-up" long enough(A few minutes). Very user friendly and the gloss looked mint!(I'll take some pics tomorrow). I looked at it outside and with the brinkmann xenon light. No issues with...

    476s

I couldn't help myself and applied it to the rooftop of my brother in law's silver 2010 ford escape. I used a cotton applicator(old meguiars one) and probably applied it thin enough. Like a lot of you have said...I did one half of the roof, applied it to the other half then wiped it off after a...

    476s

Funny how this product line, and Zaino require THIN coats for best results and less aggravation. I've put Zaino on so thin, I didn't even think I was covering a panel.

    476s

Sorry, collinite 476s, yes. I have 845 as well but I've only tried a tiny section on my honda's hood. I didn't know about the "leave it in water to thin it out". LOL,I applied it when it was rather "Chunky". I've worked with things like 476s before so it won't be anything new to me. If it's a...

    476s

I'll be doing a review on this shortly as I found this locally, actually, My Dad did :). With all the + posts about it's durability but somewhat difficulty in applying and removing...I'm curious. Stay tuned. Not sure what it's going on. I have my brother in law's 2010 Ford Escape in Silver I'm...

Collinite #845: The Definitive How-To Guide For This Legendary Wax

I had a bottle sent from THE GEEK with my last order. I plan on trying it out on either My Sisters Tribute or My Brother in law's Escape. Maybe both? Mine came chunky like the one pictured. I did try a small section on my honda's hood w/o letting it become thinner. It WAS difficult to work with...

    zaino ?

I have been a fan of Zaino for over 10 years. It's all that goes on my Z06. It's very durable and provides nice gloss. MIGHT be a little tricky to use. Less is more, with this line of product. My only gripe is it is not easily available(Wal-Mart, Auto Zone, etc).
