Removing Armor All from leather wrapped steering wheel?

I'd probably try OPC 5:1 , and if that didn't get it then step up to 3:1. Might try carpro inside as well. But optimum power clean never ceases to amaze me and I'd bet it would do just fine removing armor all. Sent from my SM-G935T using Tapatalk

Wash and protect a RV? Help!

I would recommend Optimum opti-seal. Wipe on walk away is great for large surface areas like rvs. I'm sure hydr02 would work fine but not last as long as opti-seal. As for washing, I prefer ONR (Optimum no rinse) on my travel trailer. Sent from my SM-G935T using Tapatalk

    Claying after a week

I certainly wouldn't throw them away. I highly doubt a few days in warm temps is going to hurt anything. Maybe over the course of weeks or months if they are temperature sensitive. I keep most of my products in my garage other than ceramic coatings which I take in the house. Sent from my...

    Claying after a week

Autogeek sells nanoskin wash mitt, optimum clay towels, optimum eraser and probably more. I have the nanoskin and it makes claying much quicker plus the ability to just wash it off if dropped or when it picks up enough contaminants. Sent from my SM-G935T using Tapatalk

    Claying after a week

It really depends on how much dust builds up over that time. At minimum i would take a quick detailer to it. If there is enough built up dust it would probably be better to do a rinseless wash with a product like ONR - quick and effective. Otherwise you are just grinding those dirt particles...

    Tinted safety glasses??

When it's overcast the yellow lenses brighten everything up and I like the effect - but as for spotting defects and such I don't think their is any real benefit Sent from my SM-G935T using Tapatalk

Foam cannon applied ceramic coatings--have tips?

I think I understand what you are trying to do here. I would suggest a pump sprayer to spray the product all over one side of the rv, then pressure washer(or strong stream of water)to activate the coating and rinse off. This way you don't have to wear out your hand trying to spray the solution...

    CR Spotless

I'm not familiar with water softeners - do they remove all minerals from the water like the CR Spotless systems and eliminate the need for drying? Or do they simply reduce water spotting? I remember my CR Spotless system came with a warning not to drink the water as all minerals and nutrients...

    CR Spotless

I love mine and wouldn't go back to unfiltered water for anything. My water is really pretty good here so i don't have to change resin often. Not having to worry about water spots is just such a game changer in my opinion though. Totally worth the investment if you ask me. Sent from my...

    Rain x or expel

Rainx in my experience works nice for about a week and then degrades and is mostly gone. In fact, I used to drive from Portland to Seattle from time to time and I found it wouldn't even last the full trip up there. I don't use it anymore. Aquapel on the other hand is excellent. I can get nearly...

Trying to decide between Meg's D101 and Optimum Power Clean

I have both and idk why I bothered to purchase megs when I already had opc. Opc works great on so many different areas of the vehicle. Maybe my favorite product. Sent from my SM-G935T using Tapatalk

    Longest windshield water repellent

I agree that rain-x is lame. Try Aquapel. I get around 6 months performance and that's all I need. I apply once each fall and again in the spring and I'm good to go. Works great and lasts forever. No wipers needed at highway speeds and keeps vision clear. Great product. Sent from my SM-G935T...

    Howdy from Oreegun

With regard to detailing in Oregon, I cheat! My two secret weapons are my access to hot water and the drain in the floor of my garage :-) I'm planning to try a coating soon to help stay clean easier this winter as well. Sent from my SM-G935T using Tapatalk
