When to clean door jambs? Interior APC or Exterior ONR?

This may sound weird, but when to tackle these parts which are painted? Should I clean it with an APC and a microfiber towel OR leave it for when I start ONR the exterior and make a pass with the grout sponge? I got a picture from the internet to illustrate which parts I'm refering to:

    Hose Free EcoWash vs ONR?

I'm interested in the Chemical Guys Rinseless Hose Free EcoWash for my production/wholesale mobile car wash business as its approximately half the cost of the ONR, since it can be diluted 2x more. How does it compare to the ONR?

Just got some woolite and tried it at 1:10... It cleans, but I'm not sure I'll use it because it's a laundry soap and requires to be rinsed. I felt it a bit sticky... I'm waiting for the Optimum Power Clean to arrive so I can test it as well.
