Guys, what set of brushes is it good to have on my mobile express car wash rig? For wheels/tire? For upholstery? Leather? General Cleaning?

I it would depend on how dirty the interiors are. But I'm trying to come up with the average product cost per car, and it's time to know the cost for a good APC. The OPC would be my choice. How many cars (interiors) can I expect to wash (in average) with a 17oz Optimum Power Clean?

The heating time is my main concern. But I think I can vacuum (do other things) while its heating.

So the steamer, although more expensive, is a better tool?

I've read from different users that using Synthetic Chamois with onr can scratch the paint...

It seems using a synthetic chamois drying towel (such as Absorber) is a big no-no when using ONR. Is this nitpicking or it does make sense?

Read a user on another forum saying that he prefers the regular ONR (Wash and shine) instead of the ONRww because you don't need to buff. As MF towels become damp as you dry the car, it's not necessary to perfectly dry each panel. You can let the panel dry by itself. Makes sense?

I agree with you. But a generator will be necessary to run a mobile system. Of course there're inherent risks when opening any business. They can be minimized by idea validation techniques. Also, I can always resell everything and not 'lose' too much :)

I appreciate your input, but it's way off from a mobile express 'wash & wax' (with ONR) with quick interior wipe down proposition. Please don't get me wrong. But taking that long would make this business not viable.

To better evaluate my mobile car wash business plan, I need to ballpark how much time a express service would take. My service is to mainly clean the car, not really 'detail'. Considering a medium sedan, mild situation, mostly everyday dirt. I'll plan to use ONR for exterior. For the interior...

One last question: Does the steamer also make a vacuum unnecessary?
