    Lower Back Pain

So I should note, the pain seems to start after only about an hour or two, depending on type of driving. I got new shoes and started to stretch a little more. It has helped a little but the pain is still there after a while. In my old Xterra I could go about 3-4hrs before pain set in. This is...

    Lower Back Pain

So I've tried adjusting the lumbar and it seems like it hits too high, even at the lowest setting, so this might help. That's also why I was thinking a butt pillow might help, raise me up a hair along with adding some padding.

    Lower Back Pain

Hey guys. Need some advice. I recently purchased a 2015 BMW M235xi and after a while my lower back starts to hurt. I am coming from SUVs for the past 6 years so the seat is definitely a new concept to me since I'm sitting more flat than when in an SUV. I also wonder if its from getting in and...

Help near St. Louis with windshield

Huh, never thought about using the highest speed, but it makes since cause glass is so strong. Oh yea, always doing a test spot on the lower passenger side usually. I appreciate your suggestions. Once I get the car back from the dealer I'll get to testing!

Help near St. Louis with windshield

Ah my bad, its a 5" backing plate with 5.5" pads. I have some gritty compound I might try instead. I never thought about that but it makes sense! Do you think I would have any luck with any store bought, standard hard water mark remover or would it be too aggressive for a car window? Worst...

Help near St. Louis with windshield

Anywhere to purchase locally? Like I said, I was trying to avoid buying anything specific due to this probably being the only time I'll ever use it.

Help near St. Louis with windshield

Yea, you can see streaks of what looks to be just crap that has run down the windshield and dried in the sun from sitting. It was bad enough that the water didn't seem like it wanted to be removed from the window even driving at highway speeds. It seems like the person before me might not have...

Went looking at new cars Saturday, yuk!!

Ill say this, the Toyota dealer by me has a bird noise maker. It has the sounds of various hawks and I almost never see bird poop on the cars. Does well and it's such a simple tool. Hell, it keeps the birds away from the BMW dealer a cross the street too!

    Calling Jeep Owners

Used to be big into the jeep world. Only advice I can give you is that its worth the extra money to get a wrangler with the 3.6L and avoid the 3.8L. Check for rust, with the years you listed, you might as well go 2015+. Check for leaks in the hard top, and remember, if you want a hard top, get...

Interest in cars with the younger generation, what happened?

I find it funny, I actually associate with a bunch of different styles. My friend and I rebuilt his 66 Mustang from the ground up, painted it in his garage, the whole nine yards. Then we build a massive Jeep xj. Ground up again. Been into audio, spl and now sound quality. I try to keep...

Interest in cars with the younger generation, what happened?

Haha, very good question. I wanted something reliable but still off-road-able and comfy. I had a 2000 jeep XJ with 200k miles on it and I knew I needed something better. I originally set out to find a newer Jeep grand cherokee or something similar. I actually stumbled upon my Xterra when I was...

Interest in cars with the younger generation, what happened?

I couldn't agree more with Finick and Desertnate. I know a lot of younger guys, myself including (I'm 26) That are in love with the automotive sport but are too caught up with bills from life. I know for myself specifically, I cannot afford to save much and most of it goes to paying off things...
