The car was covered in salt/sand from the roads after a late snow. Looks like they didn't get very much off before they went to town "washing" the car. When I picked it up, there was still road grime in different areas of the car.

I have been in contact with corporate and the dealer. No response yet from the dealer, and Chrysler said they could do nothing to help me since it wasn't a warranty issue. The dealer is about an hour way depending on the horrible traffic up that way, but I will be making the drive here soon.
