thanks, I have been skipping the second step it appears. Luckily, its been raining for 3 months straight and the cars haven't really been washed since fall so I have done that much damage. I will update my methods and post back if there are still issues.

Before I used blacklight it looked like sever swirls, I just took a look and they are mostly filled in. When I use a strong cg citrus wash and gloss mix to strip everything off, I will take before and after pics. Is there anything else that I'm missing?
