Aquapel works very well for me. Better and longer lasting than OCW, which I tried first. Any window cleaner will do, as long as it doesn't leave behind a film of anything. The windshield must be as clean as possible before application.

I've used that AZ brush, and it lasted about 9-10 washes before the wire broke. I guess breaking a $6 brush is better than breaking a $30 brush. 5 brushes at $6 = $30 = 45 washes. 5 brushes at $25 = $125 = 30 washes. I'll take door #1, Monty.

I only have experience using the #6 counterweight, but I've read that no one has felt any difference twixt the two counterweights during use of the machine. I understand you must use the counterweight or your hands will shake off. :)
