    Backing plate differences?

    All 3m Hookit II products are backwards, that is the hooks and loops are reversed from all other products. It's only the Hookit II products that are like that. The other 3M plates and pads are "normal."

    Are you using a mixture of soap AND water in the jug? Sounds like you're just using soap. Use a mixture, mostly water, fill the jug to the top, and use the foamer. If there's no decrease in water in the jug after using the foamer for a bit, then you're clogged on either end of the pickup tube...
