Been a while since I did this, but if I recall correctly it was about 4-5 hours total, but you need to remember I've done this for 10 years and my processes are nailed down pretty well.

I've been doing the same thing with my own vehicle and my fiance's. I've been using Gloss Coat directly on top of Essence since I got my first bottle of Essence. :dblthumb2:

They are powdercoated and required just general cleaning. No polishing necessary.

Of course a customer goes and one-ups this one... I now have a black crew cab, long bed dually GMC Sierra Denali in for a full correction.
