I don't think it's sap, it's not sticky at all and fairly easy to remove. Plus is under an oak tree, I'm not sure but don't believe they drop sap.

That's pretty much what everyone else has said. The UP will remove minor scratches and swirls. The AIO preps the surface by super cleaning and helps the SG adhere and work better.

Paint isn't too bad. Only a year old with some minor swirls, but it's black so they all show up really easy. I was thinking about getting a black just to have anyway. The Meguiar's comes with its own pad so I'll probably replace one of the orange with a black.

So I'm only going to need 2 pads then it looks like! Thanks for the info guys. AG has a customizable 6 pack where you can pick how many of each pad so I'm just going to get 3 orange and 3 white. That should do me for what I have planned, you think?

Just when I think I've got everything figured out, now more research!! Does anyone sell a "variety pack" with different pads?

So will I need a different type for each product, or just one good quality type pad for all? I have some MF pads I got to apply rubbing compound to something a while back, can I use them?

Are all orbital pads the same?

The Meguiar's came with a pad that can be used with an applicator you can attach to a drill. I'm not going to buy the applicator because it costs $50, and I already have an orbital polisher. So, of all the things I'm using (Meguiar's UP, and Klasse twins) what should and shouldn't be applied...

I went to wal mart to get some Meguiar's ultimate Polish. All they had was a small 4oz bottle that also came with a pad. 4 oz isn't much, would this be enough to do a full size quad cab truck (2014 Ram 2500 to be exact) it just seems like a really small bottle..... Also, I was digging through...

Hopefully I wong have to go that route. Since it's a new truck the swirls and scratches are very minimal. If I do have to go with the M205, would I follow up with Ultimate Polish, or go skip it and go to Klasse AIO?

Is Meguiar's smooth surface clay kit any good? I can't see what coarseness it is. Also what about Meguiar's Ultimate Polish. Only reason I ask is my local Wal Mart carry both. I don't have any issue buying online if a product is better, this just saves me shipping and time.

Never thought about it that way. I always thought clay was more for older paint with oxidation. Are most clays the same, or are some better than others?

Clay paint that's less than a year old? Is that necessary?

I have a 2014 Ram, thats barely a year old. After much research Ive decided to use Klasse, but do I need All in One since the truck is new, or can I just go with the high gloss sealant?
