I have used a Montana Hair Boar daily for the past two years with excelent results, You should not use it on hot paints and on dirty areas you should apply many times until you are sure that it is clean.

I have used a Powerball with a power drill, with great results.

I have used Pinnacle XMT 360 in light colors but on black cars the best is Menzerna Super Finish (Nano), followed by Pinnacle Liquid Souveran.

The most important thing is to be respectful with the customer, call them by their name and ask them for any suggestions to improve our work, most of the time the customer says they are satisfied. Obviously our work should be the best.
