you can use any spray wax on the matte paint, paste or liquid might make it glossy so they should be avoided, swissvax makes a wax for matte paints but its too expensive

that design is vinyl, so we wont touch those areas, any input on the bus please. :)

there are not many defects as the paint is pretty new, if any defects are present then they would most likely be a result of wrong compounding technique. ill check with the owner to tell if there is any orange peel, if not then i guess a combo of m7 (just to make things even better) and m80...

any suggestions guys?

the paint on the curves is very thin, infact if i compound that i fear i might expose primer, but i got some #7 on those by accident, it left a slight haze, on the rest of the area the haze was gone after m80 but i can not do that here, i think i will leave it to fix itself :P,, meanwhile i am...

is it okay to apply wax between m7 applications, the bus might be parked in the open and in the morning we can see some water condensed on vehicles so just want to be careful.

actually the bus is 1500 km away from my location so there is not a chance that i will be able to go there to test m80. the owner can order from amazon once we finalize what is best to do.

i feel a difference in reflectivity of the three pics, btw can you post a pic of a paint job before and after the #7, i want to confirm if it is okay for it to be a hazy or not and the reasons for this

i have experienced a combo of #7 and #80 on my car. the end result was good, but after i had applied the #7 the paint got hazy, but it looked excellent after the m80. is it normal for it to be hazy or did i not work it into the paint enough?. i used the blue 3m towel (pn50486) to work the #7...

the m80 bottle says that m80 leaves a layer of breathable protection, what type of protection is it referring to, i don't think it contains any carnauba or polymers? :)

i did a test spot by hand, took me alot of time but in the end it came out bright red, the car was caveman compounded a year back but even that time it didnt look this good. i applied #26 immediately after m80 and woah it looked great. now just gave the test spot a dose of dodo juice purple...

okay, i will use #26 paste wax as lsp.
