I have the chemical guys version of this pump (same thing), and I have the same problems. It sucks. Leaked my v7 all over the place :mad: Thankfully someone at GC refunded my $5 and told me just to keep the pump and use it for if I ever get a gallon of wax or polish (since those are thicker...

Do it!!! I used my v7 for one application, and right after, I ordered the gallon size. It works great and smells amazing!! Literally only used this much before I ordered the gallon size.

If that's doing what I think it is, you're allowing lots of room for fingers to accidentally slip into the path of the spinning counter weight, and that does not sound fun. My 3 inch LC backing plate seems to do ok without any crazy extensions on my my Griots 6 inch. Maneuverability is still...

Only advantage I see is ease of maneuverability over a larger machine. But $100 for a griots or ~$50 for a HF with more power.... Think ill go with the HF. lol
